Pat DiNizio, frontman of the band The Smithereens, passed away suddenly on December 12. In today’s post-Christmas episode, Jim and Patrick reflect on Pat, his band, and the impact they made on the music industry. Rest in power.

FUN FACT: The band played alongside Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, in 2013, after Petty requested that the band join them on their tour.
