We come to the last (but not least) of the Big Four Paisley Underground bands in today’s episode, The Rain Parade. This group, founded in Los Angeles by college roommates Matt Piucci (guitar, vocals) and David Roback (guitar, vocals), put out a tremendous debut album, Emergency Third Rail Power Trip.
