Music:

  • Little Feat “Two Trains” Dixie Chicken (Warner Bros. Records) 1973

Notes:

For our second Perfect Pop bonus track episode, our new friend Steve Sickels recommends a fantastic tune from the band Little Feat.

FUN FACT: Little Feat got their name in a very unique way. The name is in reference to when Lowell George, the former lead vocalist and guitar player, was called out for having small feet while in Frank Zappa’s band Mother of Invention. Rather than being called ‘Little Feet,’ the band changed ‘Feet’ to ‘Feat’ as a nod to the Beatles.
